Remembering
Throughout life, we come across people who have left footprints in our lives.
The times we laughed, cried, or even a little nod as passing, will always be in our hearts.
When we are not able to fully understand the things which occur in our lives, we often look for different ways of dealing with it.
By doing this, we are given a different perspective, thus allowing us to think more clearly about difficult events or emotions in our lives.
Poetry is a very powerful tool by which people can share clear concepts and feelings with others.
The artist may simply want to share something that has touched their lives in some way.
The Poetry within this book is dedicated to the many Friends I have lost along my life as a Transplant Patient.
Each Poem, each verse, each word, is part of a memory of the person in which I remember.
I never will forget them, for each one has added a feather in the wings in which I will float up to Heaven and be with them when my time is done on this earth. I am a better person for having known them on this earth, and will be a better person as they watch over me from up above.

Heaven is the place you'll be
Right now as we kneel and pray
Because you were an Honest Man
We thank you for that day
You came into our lives my Friend
And showed us how to share
That we all want to show our love
And tell you that we care
Each night as we are kneeling
When we say our prayers for bed
The thoughts of you keep flashing by
In all our minds and head
The time's that we Shared together
Were so precious and complete
That we always will remember
That you were honest and so sweet
You helped us in a life of pain
To get to where we are
To help us to the chosen road
How distant or how far
But there's just one thing that we should do
And that is let you know
While you're up in Heaven Friend

The Rock
Sometimes in life you meet a Friend
Who stays with you until the end
Who gives you light, on the darkest day
Who picks you up, and points the way
Who gives of themselves, no matter the cost
Who cries with you , when another is lost
And always has, a tale to tell,
But stays with you, till all is well
On that sad day, when you lose this Friend
You can't find the words, or comprehend
Why she has left you, all alone
To fend for yourself, on this land we call home
But as we look up, in the clouds up above
We can see her watching, from the sea of love
She has shown us the way, we will never get lost
The path shines so brightly, even through the morning frost
As the day turns to night, and we get ready for bed
Do not forget the words, our Friend Ann has said
"Live life to the fullest, don't be scared to take chances
We were given these lives, from distant Friends or passing glances
When the going gets tough, remember I'll be there for you
To help you along , and make sure that you get through
The toughest times in your lives, when you seem you can't take it
Just lean on me, and I'll, help you make it."

You brought us happiness through your smile

Dreams
Dreams are like people who light up your life
And that is just what you did
You gave us all hope and a willingness to fight
For a life that was precious and good

Circle Of Friends
Sometimes in life a circle of Friends
Gets bigger and bigger with no sign of an end
The ties that bind can never come undone
Your never alone, never the only one
As you get a little older though
You may lose a few Friends
But their always in your heart
Just like they've always been
As the night turns to day and the day turns to night
Don't give up on life, just fight, fight, fight
And you remember those words ringing in your ear
Those were the words of our Friends when they were still here
They have left us down here for a better place up above
But stayed in our hearts and filled us with love
The times that we shared even the simplest things
We'll be bonded together like two wedding rings

We will not forget you now your gone
